Important: These policies describe the AdyOps website and SaaS service at a practical operational level. The contracting legal entity, registered address, tax details, grievance officer, selected plan and negotiated terms should be confirmed in the applicable order form. A qualified legal professional should review the final production version for your exact business model.
Use lawfullyFollow communication and privacy rules
Protect systemsNo attacks, malware or bypass
Respect peopleNo harassment or deceptive outreach
Protect resourcesNo abusive automation or excessive load

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects AdyOps, its customers, connected providers and individuals whose data is handled through the service. It applies to all users, workspaces, forms, APIs, webhooks, messages, files and integrations.

2. Illegal or harmful activity

AdyOps must not be used to facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, discrimination, sale of illegal goods, unlawful surveillance, infringement or any activity prohibited by law.

3. Security abuse

  • Do not probe, scan or test systems without written authorisation.
  • Do not upload malware, executable payloads, credential stealers or harmful files.
  • Do not bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, plan limits or security controls.
  • Do not access another customer's workspace, records or credentials.
  • Do not share passwords, API tokens or session values through public or insecure channels.

4. Messaging, calling and spam

Users must follow applicable consent, opt-out, telemarketing, platform and provider rules. Unsolicited bulk communication, deceptive sender identity, purchased lists without lawful permission, repeated contact after opt-out and attempts to evade provider enforcement are prohibited.

5. Privacy and personal data

Users must collect only necessary information, provide required notices, limit access and honour valid requests. The service must not be used to aggregate data for covert profiling, unauthorised sale, doxxing or discrimination.

6. Content and file uploads

Uploaded content must be lawful, relevant and safe. Users must not upload copyright-infringing files, sexually exploitative material, extremist content, private credentials, malicious macros, archives designed to exhaust resources or content that violates a connected provider's policy.

7. High-risk and restricted use

AdyOps is not designed to make autonomous decisions about criminal justice, lending, insurance eligibility, employment, medical treatment or other high-impact outcomes. Customers using data in a regulated or high-risk sector must complete their own legal, security and human-review assessment.

8. Integration and API use

APIs and webhooks may be used only for the customer's authorised business workflow. Users must respect documented limits, authenticate requests, validate received data, rotate exposed credentials and not use integrations to scrape or overload another service.

9. Resource abuse

Activities that materially degrade the platform—including excessive automated requests, repeated large imports, storage abuse, denial-of-service behaviour or attempts to consume capacity beyond the plan—are prohibited.

10. Misrepresentation

Users must not falsely claim affiliation, approval, guaranteed results, government endorsement, medical outcomes or platform certification. Marketing content and customer communication must be accurate and capable of substantiation.

11. Monitoring and investigation

AdyOps may review technical signals, usage patterns, account activity and reported content to protect the service and enforce this policy. Access to customer content will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and permitted by the agreement and law.

12. Enforcement

Depending on risk and severity, AdyOps may warn the customer, restrict a feature, remove harmful content, rotate credentials, suspend access or terminate the account. Immediate action may be taken where delay could cause harm or legal exposure.

13. Reporting misuse

Report suspected abuse to Support@adyops.com with relevant URLs, workspace information, dates and evidence. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal data.
