1. Plans and commercial documents
The selected plan, billing frequency, user limits, enabled modules, implementation, support and subscription dates are stated in the applicable proposal, order form or invoice. Custom Enterprise requirements are quoted separately.
2. Published monthly plan pricing
| Plan | Price | Managers | Agents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹7,999/month | 1 | 10 |
| Growth | ₹11,999/month | 5 | 100 |
| Premium | ₹16,999/month | 15 | 500 |
| Gold | ₹24,999/month | Configurable | Configurable |
| Custom Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom | Custom |
3. Included and excluded costs
The monthly fee covers the AdyOps modules and capacity listed for the plan. Unless expressly included, the following are separate: Meta advertising spend, WhatsApp conversation and provider fees, SMS and calling charges, third-party software, payment gateway charges, domain, hosting, paid APIs, migration, custom integrations and development outside the plan.
4. Billing cycle and advance payment
Subscriptions may be invoiced monthly, quarterly, annually or by an agreed milestone. Fees may be payable in advance. The customer must provide accurate billing and tax information.
5. Taxes
GST and other applicable taxes are additional unless the invoice states that they are included. The customer is responsible for withholding or reporting obligations applicable to it and should provide valid supporting certificates where required.
6. Renewal
Renewal may be automatic or manual according to the order form. The customer should submit cancellation, capacity reduction or plan-change requests before the stated notice deadline.
7. Upgrades and additional capacity
Upgrades may take effect during the current term and may be prorated. Additional users, forms, integrations, storage or premium support can require an upgrade or a separate quote.
8. Downgrades
Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal and may reduce users, forms, reports, integrations, stored history or operational modules. The customer must export or reorganise data before a reduction that affects access.
9. Usage and overages
Where a plan includes limits, usage above those limits may be blocked, require an upgrade or be billed at an agreed rate. Third-party usage remains subject to the provider's own measurement and billing.
10. Failed and overdue payment
AdyOps may retry a payment or request an alternate method. If an undisputed amount remains overdue after reasonable notice, AdyOps may restrict paid modules or suspend access. Outstanding fees remain payable.
11. Billing disputes
Disputes should be submitted promptly with the invoice, payment reference and explanation. The undisputed portion remains payable. Approved corrections or refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Price changes
AdyOps may change published prices for future terms. Existing customers will receive reasonable notice before a change applies at renewal, unless the change results from taxes, mandatory provider fees or a customer-requested expansion.
13. Custom work
Implementation, migration, training, custom dashboards, APIs and third-party integrations may require a statement of work, milestone schedule and advance payment. Changes outside the agreed scope may be re-estimated.
14. Cancellation and data export
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the order form but does not automatically refund the active period. Customers should export required data before access ends.
15. Contact
Billing questions can be sent to Support@adyops.com with the invoice or account reference.
