The contracting legal entity, registered address, tax details, grievance officer, selected plan and negotiated terms should be confirmed in the applicable order form. AdyOps legal and trust documents

This centre explains how the website and SaaS service are provided, how customer and personal data are handled, what users may do with the platform, and how subscriptions, incidents and service availability are managed.

Relationship between documents

The signed order form and any negotiated statement of work define the commercial purchase. The Terms govern general use, the Privacy Policy describes AdyOps's own processing, and the DPA governs customer data processed on the customer's behalf. The Security and Data Protection Policies describe intended safeguards and responsibilities.
